I am currently engaged in two very pleasurable activities, traveling and writing, as well as writing about places traveled. Beyond this I'm at work on a number of book-length writing projects, including two novels that have been in progress for the last several months. I try to periodically learn new skills, and one of the most exciting ones for me has been parasailing. I recently had the memorable experience of parasailing across a high Peruvian plateau for fallen meteorites which not only turned up some interesting finds, but also led to unplanned discovery of designs left on the landscape by prehistoric inhabitants. I plan to return to Peru as soon as possible for another try at parasailing.
